Fairly that digital technologies have brought immense convenience to our life, overindulgence in digital devices can lead to a sense of detachment to the real world, which will engender psychological conditions.

　　Realizing the potential harm, people have returned to the old-school social interaction. The subtle gestures and tones during in-person communication can get lost in those electronic codes. Just like the hand-written letters conveys more than the information, to meet others face-to-face can generate more emotional bonds and pleasures. During the pandemic when people are forced to stay connected to the world through the screen of digital devices, they have again realized the preciousness of seeing each other in person and the comfort from just a simple pat on the shoulder or a hug. So, when they finally have the chance to know others in real life, they will not choose to socialize online. After all, no one is an island.
