　　A well-functioning psychological condition is the base of leading a normal life, because even when one person with a perfectly healthy body, if he lost motivation and passion towards life and world, he can hardly come through life challenges. It is especially the case in this fast-pace and competitive society. In order to prevent the condition from happening to us, we should pay more attention to ourselves and those around us.
