Evidently, it is meant to tell us that learning methods are as important as hard work. I totally agree with it. Besides, I insist that in addition to diligence and methods, motivation in learning should also be paid attention to.

　　As for me, motivation is an indispensable part of learning, because without motivation, you won't start to learn at all. Even if you have started studying, without motivation that drives you to keep going, you may easily give up when faced with difficulties.

　　With motivation, we also need the right way to learn. In the learning process, hard work is not enough.
