　　解析：问题问的是我们得知John Pemberton的信息，纵观第一段落的意思在文章的“get around”的意思就是逃避法律的责备，就是冒风险。

　　解析：C选项是结合文章第四段的内容， 说的是很多可口可乐被运往欧洲，最初的目的是药用。在其他选项之中，我们发现可卡因也可以在其他物品中出现，和常识以及文中内容违背不选择B.
