　　大学英语六级听力短文部分一直令同学们倍感头疼，一方面因为文章长，内容多，一边听一边忘的现象层出不穷;另一方面，由于大家抓不住重点，常常胡子眉毛一把抓，结果是丢了西瓜捡了芝麻，做题的时候不知所措。本文就针对听力短文部分教大家两个绝招，当我们再次面对短文听力时可以沉着应对。

　　一、通过选项确定文章主题。

　　我们先利用读direction时间，快速浏览各个题目，找出高频词，把高频词进行合理的联想和组合，预测文章要讲的主题。下面以2014年6月听力中有关老龄人与其家人的关系这篇文章为例进行讲解。我们先来看一下选项。

　　1.A)One fifth of them were on bad terms with their sisters and brothers.

　　B)About one eighth of them admitted to lingering bitter feelings.

　　C)More than half of them were involved in inheritance disputes.

　　D)Most of them had broken with their sisters and brothers.

　　高频词：关系词如on bad terms和broken; sisters and brothers, inheritance dispute

　　预测：家庭生活

　　2.A)Less concern with money matters.

　　B)More experience in worldly affairs.

　　C)Advance in age.

　　D)Freedom from work.

　　关键词：money, experience, worldly, age, work

　　预测：生活工作

　　3.A)They have little time left to renew contact with their brothers and sisters.

　　B)They tend to forget past unhappy memories and focus on their present needs .

　　C)They are more tolerant of one another.

　　D)They find close relatives more reliable.

　　关键词：contact, brothers and sisters, unhappy memories, need, tolerant, relatives

　　预测：家庭生活

　　通过对各个选项进行分析推理，合并同类项，我们大致能知道文章将要谈论的内容，即家庭关系方面。这样我们在听的时候就可以做到心中有数，带着重点去听，因而能更轻松的去应对了。

　　二、巧做笔记。

　　当听到关键信息的时候，如专有名词、时间、数字、观点、表逻辑关系的连词时，我们要快速而简洁地做下笔记以供后续参考。做笔记时，写下与关键词相关的语义词。例如：

　　In a study of older people with sisters and brothers, psychologist Debra Gold of the Duke Center for the study of aging and human development found that about 20% said they were hostile or indifferent to ward their sisters and brothers.

　　在这句话中出现了关键词有两处：Debra Gold，20%.听到人时要记下他的观点，听到数字时，要记下与它相关的其他信息。这句话的笔记为：D，20%，hostile.如果hostile不会写，可以根据句子意思简写为 D，20%，↓。向下的箭头表示消极的事物。同理，向上的箭头表示积极的事物。20% said they were hostile or indifferent to ward their sisters and brothers.与兄弟姐妹关系不好属于消极的事物，故用向下的箭头。这样，通过一些简单的字母、数字、符号我们就可以把文章内容记录下来了，这些简单记录对我们判断选项是否正确时很有帮助。另外，还需要注意的一点是听到文中出现选项中的词汇或与其意义相近的词汇时，要在选项中词汇旁边根据所听到的内容简要做下笔记。如由于选项中有They tend to forget past unhappy memories and focus on their present needs 这样的表述，当我们听到A man who had recently reconciled with his brother told Gold there‘s something that lets older people to put aside bad deeds of the past and focus a little on what we need now, especially when it’s sisters and brothers.这句话时，就需要在past旁边写下put aside，或是标记向上的箭头。
