　　【析句】句子很长，但结构不复杂。主句these guys don't need their own personal weathermen to know...,know后有宾语从句which way the wind blows。主句前，given是介词，意为“考虑到”，紧跟其后的是一系列的名词词组the recent change of control,popularity of measures,and efforts,后两个名词词组后都有修饰成分。
