　　【译文】家庭教育者之所以反对现有的教育体系，是因为他们坚信，他们的教育方式——无论是以宗教信仰还是以孩子个人兴趣和自然发展为动力——都是最好的。

　　【析句】与例句2结构相似，句子中都有插入语。主句是Home schoolers oppose the system,主句后接着是because引导的原因状语从句because they have strong convictions.that their approach to education is best作strong convictions的同位语，说明convictions的内容。而在同位语中，两个破折号之间的whether fueled by religious enthusiasm or the individual child's...pace作插入语修饰their approach to education。
