　　As far as I am concerned, there are mainly two ways to realize the goal of effective  time management. Firstly, it is the segmented time that people should pay more  attention to utilize in a intensive manner. For example, during the communing hours,  people can read some portable books to escalate their horizon instead of flirting with  someone on the other side of social apps on their smart phones. If we can realize the  large amount of such segmented but significant time and use it wisely, we can prolong  our quality life no matter where we are or what we are doing. Secondly, the  schedule-making process also matters a lot in terms of an effective use of time. Only  by meticulously planning and arranging the time and related events or activities can  people avoid wasting time and guarantee a well-organized lifestyle.
