　　It is undeniable that fraud has already become the widespread problem of the present-day world, which arouses public concern to a great extent. The truth is there is a great diversity of frauds, such as forging credit cards, impersonating your identity to deceive your friends and relatives, or even distributing fake lottery-winning information to cheat your money, etc. 

　　The undesirable phenomenon could lead to a couple of perishing consequences. For one thing, it brings mental and financial loss to the victims, which directly affects their normal life. For another, it will lead to the credibility crisis, which will hamper the construction of spiritual civilization of the nation if current situation is further deteriorated. 

　　So what measures should be taken to prevent ourselves from being victims of fraud? Firstly, we should build up awareness of self-protection and take precautions whenever possible. Secondly, mass educational campaigns should be launched to publicize the significance of morality to reduce the chances of the crime. I believe that only through our continuous efforts could we stop those lawless people making profits via committing fraud.
