　　一、I knew it all along! He's the obvious choice. All the other candidates are no match for him!

　　该句的难点在于短语be no match for，其意为“(在技巧、力量等方面)比不上……;不是……的对手”。由此可知，该句意为“我自始至终都知道，他正是最佳人选。所有其他候选人都不是他的对手。”如果不理解match的意思也没关系，之前的一句——He's the obvious choice.——跟后句的意思一样，都是“非他莫属”之意。all along是“自始至终，一直”的意思。

　　1. find/meet one's match (in sb.)意为“遇到不比自己差的对手”。如：
