　　Directions:For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write a short essay on how to balance job responsibilities and personal interests. You should write at least 150 words but no more than 200 words.

　　Currently, the topic of job responsibilities and personal interests has sparked a heated discussion among the public. Obviously, a host of people are faced with the problem on how to balance the two. From where I stand, several ways ought to be taken into consideration.

　　On the one hand, boosting working efficiency is supposed to be put at the top of the list. Given that everyone has a time limit of 24 hours a day, we need to guarantee that our working tasks are well accomplished as soon as possible so that we can have more personal time for what we want. On the other hand, it is necessary for us to enhance the ability of problem solving, especially in a task-based living environment. Exposed to a variety of duties and responsibilities, we have no choice but learn to handle multiple tasks at the same time.

　　To sum up, it takes plenty of endeavor to keep a balance between job responsibilities and personal interests. I am convinced that the balance is not hard to be achieved so long as the measures mentioned above are well put into practice.
