　　Directions: For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write an essay on how to balance work and leisure. You should write at least 150 words but no more than 200 words.

　　With the rapid development of our economy and society has come a prevalent social trend that competition in the corporate world is becoming increasingly fierce, and overwork is nothing new in most companies. As a result, achieving a balance between work and leisure matters a great deal in a fast-paced world.

　　As far as I am concerned, there are mainly two measures one can take to balance our work and leisure time. First and foremost, it is advisable for one to put a time limit on his leisure activities, avoiding addiction to some entertainments such as playing video games and watching amusing shows. In addition, one is supposed to prioritize what he needs to do at work so as to enhance his work efficiency, thus sparing time for some leisure recreations to relax both his body and mind. Understandably, if one is unable to concentrate on his work and just idles the day away, he will have no spare time and energy for leisure activities or can not enjoy them whole-heartedly since his work has not yet been finished.

　　To put it in a nutshell, keeping a balance between work and leisure activities proves to be especially crucial in our modern society with a quickening pace of development. Only in this way can we achieve the high work efficiency as well as a sense of fulfillment.

　　本次六级作文属于话题作文，要求我们就如何平衡工作和休闲写一篇作文。话题作文是新东方老师上课常讲的六级三类作文(图画/谚语/话题)之一，第一段可以用我们上课讲过的一个with倒装句式引入话题;第二段采取总分的结构，先表明观点：有如下措施可以去平衡工作和休闲，然后分点论述，分论点可以选择性地拓展;第三段第一句重申下平衡工作和休闲的重要性，第二句展开下具体的好处即可。这个话题是考生平时较为熟悉的话题，写起来难度不大。当然，我们平时练习的作文一般how to放在第三段写，这篇作文重点要我们写的是how to，所以我们也可以把第三段的内容调整的第二段;当然，直接放在第三段写也可以，但具体措施部分的篇幅需要适当增加。
